Who this covers

Netbridge is a business network for construction companies. Accounts are for people acting for a company. The platform is not offered for personal, family, or household use.

Information we hold

• Account details you submit: name, email, password hash, and the terms version you accepted, with the time.
• Company profile details, including license facts from public records such as Utah DOPL, and information a claimed company adds.
• Reviews, public replies, messages, files, bids, and Project Address entries that users submit.
• Security logs, including administrator views of reviews, claims, bids, and files.

Unclaimed profiles

An unclaimed profile shows the business name, every license classification on the record, the license number, license status, the date those facts were current, the registry source line, and city and ZIP. Phone, email, street, and employee counts from the license file are not shown on the public page. The profile is labeled Unclaimed. Anyone can ask for a correction or removal. That request goes to the administrator queue.

Project Address

A business may list a street address for its own past work. Homeowner and customer names and contact details are not part of Project Address. Logged-out visitors see city and ZIP unless a configuration flag says otherwise. Signed-in verified members see the street line under the default flag.

Messages and files

Files are stored with private access. A download link is signed, expires, and works only for a message participant or the document owner. Do not send Social Security numbers or full bank account details in chat. W-9 files are not a chat attachment type.

Outside ratings

Netbridge does not fetch or store Google or Yelp ratings through those companies' APIs. A company may add its own links and the rating it reports. Those entries are labeled self-reported and are not part of the Trust Score.

Email and text messages

Claim invitations and the weekly digest include an unsubscribe link and a physical postal address. Opt-outs are honored. Netbridge does not send cold text messages. The only texts are verification codes you request. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
